African Bank supports reading

29/01/2019

In South Africa, about 80% of children can’t read properly after four years of full time schooling. It is for this reason that African Bank has worked closely with several initiatives through its book tricycles and book drives. The book campaign aims to donate books to children in primary and high school. This is an exciting opportunity because it will not only expose the children to reading, but it will also open their eyes to new possibilities and help them to explore the world through the eyes of the writers.

The most precious gift we could ever give to children is an opportunity to learn, understand and then grow from it. Through this campaign we hope that you will each make a contribution to a child's future. One book at a time!
